Privacy Policy

Stack Up collects as little as it can. No ads, no trackers, no account required.

What we collect

Leaderboard data: the name you choose and your scores, posted when you submit a run. Anonymous gameplay data: floors reached, streaks and where towers fall, used to help us tune difficulty. This data is not linked to your identity.

What we don’t collect

We don’t ask for your email, real name, contacts, location or photos. We don’t use advertising identifiers and we don’t include any ad or tracking SDKs.

Stored on your device

Your settings, best scores, unlocked materials and builders are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

How we use it

To show leaderboards, to run the Daily tower, and to improve the game’s balance. We don’t sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Where it’s stored

Leaderboard and gameplay data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers and kept for as long as the leaderboards run, or until you ask us to delete it.

Children

Stack Up is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Leaderboard names are the only user-provided data; please don’t use your real name.

Your choices

You can change your leaderboard name at any time in Settings. To have your name and scores deleted, email info@vinellamedia.com.

Changes

If this policy changes we’ll update the date below and, for significant changes, mention it in the app.
