The ground rules for using Stack Up. By playing the game you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Stack Up is published by Vinella Media USA (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to the Stack Up apps for iOS and Android and this website.
2. Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play Stack Up for non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
3. Leaderboard names
You choose your leaderboard name. Don’t use names that are offensive, impersonate someone else, or include personal contact details. We may rename or remove entries that break this rule without notice.
4. Fair play
Don’t cheat, modify the app, automate taps, or interfere with the leaderboards or our servers. We may remove scores or block access for players who do.
5. Ownership
The game, its code, artwork, names and logos belong to us. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond the licence above.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game or any feature, including the Daily tower and leaderboards, at any time. Leaderboards may be reset.
7. No warranty
Stack Up is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we’ll update the date below. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
